In the previous companies I worked with, if I was part of the Production team, I could only perform activities related to production. At Pandorum, I have the exposure and freedom to work on multiple techniques like western blotting, ELISA, Exosome Production, etc. and develop my career. I feel this has been the biggest gain during my association with Pandorum.

Conversation
Interviews
At Pandorum, we typically have 2 to 3 rounds of interviews depending on the role. If you are selected for an interview, you are likely to be asked to prepare a technical presentation and present it to our interview panel members during the interviews.
Each interview will evaluate your proficiency in different skill areas and is a good opportunity to meet new people, learn more about the role and ask any questions that you may have.
Decision
Making a decision to hire a candidate may take several weeks depending on the role, number of qualified candidates and availability of the interview panel members.
Typically, we try to complete the entire process and make a decision within 2 to 4 weeks from starting the interviews.
